Your account with the resort must be current and in good standing. (If Maintenance Fees are due within 90 days, they must be paid and you have the option of retaining use for another year.)

Please complete the online Timeshare Property Information form (submission form) and submit it for review.

We will complete and email a Transfer Agreement form to you for authorization.

Return the signed Transfer Agreement form and a copy of the property deed by fax.

eMidsouth will prepare a new deed and mail it to you for signature(s) and notarization.

Return the signed and notarized new deed to eMidsouth with applicable payment.

eMidsouth, Inc. will complete the deeding process and have the ownership transferred out of you name.

The ownership transfer process will take approximately 90 days from the time signed deed is received by us.
